Our Mission
At Marriedtillupart, we are dedicated to providing compassionate & basic techniques to individuals, couples and families struggling with relationship issues. Our goal is to empower people to achieve their personal interactions and communication , and to improve their overall relationship with their spouses, loved ones and others in life.
Marriage: From Dating Till Death Do You Part
Our simple and basic 5 session seminar deals with the clear and destructive issues that many relationships suffer as a result of not following the biblical guidance to a well regulated courtship that may lead to a marriage, or for those that have already been married, but may have started on the "wrong foot" , and may have reached the point of seperation or even divorce. Statistics have shown that many difficulties in our marriages stem from a lack of knowing how to properly communicate with one another, and how to properly deal with circumstances by adhearing to biblical principles.
Our 5 Sessions Are As Follows:
Session #1:
“I Want(ed) it to Start Right”
In our first session, we deal with the basics of understanding the biblical guidelines while searching for the “right” person in dating or getting married. Also, we reveal why marriages fail and how to begin to find understanding, healing & resolve either in our current or past marriages.
Session #2:
“Communication – part 1 ”
In this session, we focus on the various ways couples tend to miscommunicate with one another, and show how to begin and maintain a positive change in oneself by using one basic technique.
Session #3:
“Prophetic Reconciliation”
In our third session, our aim is to understand what prophecy has to say concerning God’s desire for unity in marriage, family and other personal relationships through the power of forgiveness.
Session #4:
“Expressing and Awaiting Change w/ LOVE” (Communication-part 2)
Our fourth session aims to focus on the basic practical methods one can use to help build positive communication with one's spouse, and how to keep it long lasting.
Session #5:
“Godly Sexuality”
This last and very important session focuses on the purpose of sexuality & intimacy the way God intended since the beginning. We also briefly discuss the effects of immorality, and the basics on how to properly communicate sexually & intimately with your spouse.
Strengthening Your Marriage Seminar & Workshop
Our next phase in working to bring marriages and relationships together (whether it be married couples, dating/courting couples or even singles) is through a seminar enititled: Strengthening Your Marriage Seminar & Workshop. These presentations are designed to target the main issues that surround interpersonal relationship issues within the marriage & dating sectors. This seminar also includes a Practical WORKSHOP to help assist in the healing & recovery of broken relationship .
